Right from our initial phone contact through to meeting her in the store, Karen was exceptional. She demonstrated patience and in-depth knowledge that made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Her pleasant demeanour really stood out and made the customer service experience top-notch. Misha, on the other hand, was equally knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure we made the right purchase. She spent considerable time showing us various furniture covers. Her willingness to unpack and demonstrate how they would look on our furniture was really appreciated. It’s attention to detail like this that really enhances the shopping experience. The floor has a good variety to choose from. Met a very helpful and lovely lady to search a particular piece of furniture I wanted. She also patiently explained some of the features of some of the furniture we are after, advice how to care for them and help followed up with the delivery. Great and high quality furniture!
