Delivery Terms and Conditions
We deliver Australia-wide, provided you have a mainland Australia or Tasmanian address. If you live on a small island, please contact us before placing an order. Outdoor Living Direct uses quality couriers to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Deliveries will be made to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock in the case of multi-story buildings. Deliveries cannot be made to underground car parks. Standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on business days. After-hours, public holiday, and weekend deliveries may be available for an additional charge. Our delivery offer includes a single courier/driver unloading packaged products to a driveway, loading dock, or other ground-floor area adjacent to the delivery vehicle. Assistance may be required to unload items. Couriers are not responsible for carrying furniture to your desired location or removing packaging.
Additional Charges May Apply If:
- You are not available to receive the products on the agreed day and redelivery is required.
- Waiting or delivery time at your point of delivery exceeds 10 minutes.
- Additional staff are required to assist with delivery to your nominated location.
- You change your delivery address after the order has been dispatched.
IMPORTANT: If you request your items to be left unattended at your delivery point, you accept full liability for any theft or damage to the products.

- VIC: 4-10 working days
- NSW: 6-18 working days
- QLD: 7-15 working days
- SA: 5-14 working days
- WA: 9-24 working days
- ACT: 4-10 working days
- NT: 9-24 working days
- TAS: 9-18 working days
Delays in Transit
While rare, delays in transit can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we will work to minimize any inconvenience. However, we cannot be held responsible for such delays. If you cancel an order in transit, it will be treated as a "30-day guarantee return," and you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, once the items are returned in good condition.

Click and Collect
Weekday pick-ups are available at our Cheltenham warehouse from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend pick-ups must be arranged with our sales team by the Friday prior. Please call or email to confirm your weekend pick-up date. Check our operating hours here.
