The included base cushion, in a dark grey polyester, has been UV treated and pairs perfectly against our honey coloured Carins timber table.
Repeated exposure to the elements will cause the timber to deteriorate prematurely, that's why we recommend treating the timber with a quality outdoor timber oil to help maintain its lovely honey colour and provide a high level of protection. To maintain the timber we recommend keeping the Cairns/Emery under cover.
